A cosy, homely semi-detached 4-bedroom townhouse located in a quiet, residential area of Belmullet town centre. All local amenities on your doorstep and just a short stroll to the outdoor swimming pool, as well as a children’s playground, tennis court and football pitch. The seaside town of Belmullet makes an ideal base while exploring the beauty of Erris with its many surrounding blue flag beaches, renowned Carne Golf Links, hiking, boat tours and sea adventures. The space This 4 bedroom semi-detached house consists of a large bedroom on the top floor with a new king bed and mattress and all new furnishings, this room also has an en-suite with an electric shower. On the second floor, there are 3 bedrooms. One room consists of a new double bed mattress and two single beds. The next room is a twin room with two single beds and beside this is a small room with bunk beds. We have toys and children’s books in this room for those who are staying with young children. The main bathroom is situated on this floor also and has a bath and shower. We have a travel cot and high chair available on request which can be set up in the king room or the twin room. The ground floor has the living room, kitchen, patio and a downstairs toilet. The living room has 3 couches, an open fire and a new 55inch television where you can enjoy all smart features/apps with the wifi installed in the house. The kitchen has all major appliances such as a dishwasher, washing machine, electric oven, induction hob and microwave. The dining table seats 6 people but there are extra chairs in the house. There is a sliding door in the kitchen opening out on to the backyard patio area with a dining table and chairs. The house is heated with central heating. As explained, this house has 3 floors so there are two flights of stairs, just to bare this in mind for those who may have difficulty climbing stairs. We have stair safety gates for both flights of stairs for those who are staying with young children. Guest access There is a small shed in the backyard patio area, ideal for storing golf clubs, bicycles or surfboards.
