Private 1 bed suite w view, parking, self check-in

Beautiful, bright and completely private one bedroom suite on a green belt with magnificent views and free private parking. Suite has lot of natural light (big windows), private entrance (smart lock code), parking on driveway (EV charging at request), fully stocked kitchen, gas fireplace, washer/dryer, bbq, fast wifi, 50" smart TV, cable TV, Netflix, coffee, water filter jug, soap, body wash, etc. Very safe/family oriented neighborhood! The space Very private location, on a culder-sac street behind a green belt with mountains and ocean views in West Coquitlam next to Port Moody border....fireplace in suite! Our neighborhood is very quiet and safe just wild life around (bears in the summer time) . For a "piece of mind" for guests and us as well, the external areas of the house are under camera surveillance. EV (electrical vehicle) charging level 1 and 2 available upon request Guest access Back yard on the side of the house. Other things to note In the summer time, you may see bears!...yes bears, beautiful animals which don't bother anyone as long as you keep your distance. We live in this house for almost 21 years without any issues or scary moments... we see them a few times every summer...pretty cool! Also noticed that we are a family of 4; we all speak English and Spanish and our kids also speak French. We are two professionals working parents with full time jobs and two teens (girl and boy) that go to school and go to after school activities every day of the week. On the weekend, we are in and out. The suite is completely independent but since it is heated by force air, located below our leaving room/TV area and with a connecting door (actually two separate insulated doors, like a hotel, with another layer of thick noise reduction and Styrofoam in between) that connects to our kitchen, so you may hear us talking and laughing or my kids fighting especially in the morning or in the evening. Most people that have stayed so far have been from out town either travelling or working which is great as we love to chat with guests when we come across them. Locals that are on the move or transitioning have also stayed and they are also welcome. However, if you are a local that is looking for a place to invite friends over, party or have a hot loving night, please do not book my place.
