Lovely Brick Townhouse

Large and comfortable with all of the amenities including zoned heating and air con on every floor. The style is modern and sophisticated with plenty of space for grownups and children. A BBQ, fire pit and ping pong table in the backyard make summer entertaining easy. Our house is located in a vibrate area with cafes, restaurants, Ft. Greene Park, and transportation all close by. The space This is our family home, but our children are in college, and we have moved our primary residence upstate. We have a studio in the basement which we have retained for occasional stays with our small pup. It has a separate entrance and our desire if for you to not know we are there. Guest access This is a whole house listing. We do have a small studio in the basement, which has a separate entrance, where we spend occasional nights and also use for upkeep and maintenance.
