The space Our property offers: - A one bedroom nouveau ranch style house with a queen sized bed, a spacious living room with a modern sofa and a fully equipped kitchen Our home is perfect for stargazing and simply enjoying the beautiful desert surrounding. Guest access Guests can have access to all facilities on the premise, including the stargazing and barbecue deck and the cowboy tub. Please note that the road is unpaved and consists of loose gravel. Other things to note CANCELLATION POLICY: Specific Cancellation policy applies on each platforms. NO Refund within 60 days of check-in, if you book on our website. — As a friendly reminder, if you’ve any issues during your stay, please bring to our attention. We would love to fix it for you right away. Any refunds on Cleaning or Nightly Rate will not be authorized after check out, and we have a very strict no-smoking policy. Any traces of smoking inside the unit will result in a penalty of $500 USD. — In response to the coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are currently in effect at this property. $50 per pet per stay.
