The Miner's Shack at Prayer-E-Land

Come and join us for a warm cozy feel of living in what we call the Miner's Shack. Surrounded by trees, the Miner's Shack is perfect for family or friends to get away and get back with nature. Perfect for quiet time to relax and recharge. The Miner's Shack has 3 bunk beds and one full size bed. It is stocked with coffee, small refrigerator and microwave. There is access to a modern bathhouse. The space FAQ’s YES! We have Firewood for the fire pits. YES! Keurig coffee maker, microwave, and mini fridge YES! We are a pet friendly facility. The following are PROHIBITED: Firearms or Fireworks Candles Unapproved Outside Visitors Smoking of any kind The barn, camper, and treehouse, all other units (unless you have them rented) are OFF LIMITS. We also do not recommend walking in the woods off any obvious paths as we do have wildlife on the property we want to protect (as well as avoid any poison ivy and potential snakes). Wireless: We do have access to WIFI but it's not very strong. There are very few wifi providers that service this area and as such, the service we have is not very strong. That said, hopefully being "unplugged" is part of what attracts you to staying with us so we encourage you to disconnect from any computers while you are away. Most cell phone do work on our property with cell phone coverage being good with most carriers via your cellular data. There is no landline phone. Guest access You will be able to enjoy our communal modern bathhouse (full private shower room with eco friendly amenities, separate toilet), our fire pit (perfect for cocktails), our picnic tables, cards, well equipped outdoor BBQ grill. Other things to note With the charm of glamping in the country comes the sounds that make it naturally awesome. It is calm and peaceful but different seasons bring crickets singing you to sleep or perhaps the far off coyote howling at night and the occasional "hoo hoo-ing" of owls in the distance. The birds, hawks and neighbor's lions and tigers will greet you in the morning.
