The apartment is in a privileged location, next to Las Setas, also very close to La Alfalfa, so it is possible to walk to most of the main points of interest in the city. Minty Stay is the company that manages the apartment and will take care of the assistance of the guests during their stay in this serviced apartment. On request, the services offered include: regular cleaning, replacement of bed linen and towels, laundry, search for a parking space in the vicinity and transfer service to/from the airport or train station. Guest access The house is delivered with the necessary bed linen and towels for the guests. In the bathroom, you will find bottles of hand soap, shampoo and shower gel for the first day. You do not need to carry all this in your suitcase. The pool opens on May from 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. and closes on October 15. It is shared with the guests of two other apartments so it is requested to be respectful in terms of its use and permanence in a prudent manner.
