The stylishly furnished 165m² can accommodate up to 12 guests and you will find everything you need for your stay. The apartment is on the ground floor and has separate access. So you don't have to go through a residential building to get into the apartment. It is very quiet as the apartment is in a side street. The space The "Sissi Royal Suite" is the ideal base for exploring downtown Vienna. A few meters from the State Opera, it is located in a quiet side street to Wiener Ringstrasse. This means you are at the same time in the middle of the lively city center and yet you have the peace to relax. Through a separate entrance in the house, you can access the apartment directly. In the entrance area, there is a stylish lobby/living room. In the front area there is a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, 2 separate bedrooms each with a double bed and wardrobe, as well as 2 bathrooms with shower and 2 toilets. After the kitchen you get to the back of the apartment. There is another bedroom with 2 double beds, and a spacious sleeping-dining area with adjoining kitchen, as well as another bathroom with shower and separate toilet. Guest access Up to 8 guests have the opportunity to use the front area including the bedroom with the 2 double beds (so a total of 3 bedrooms, 1 living room, 1 kitchen, 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets). From 9 guests, the back area with the additional sleeping-dining area, as well as the second kitchen and third bathroom are also at your disposal. Other things to note As a host in Vienna, we are obliged to include the local tax (tourist tax) from the guests and to pay it to the City of Vienna. The basis of assessment is the amount paid for the stay. (Don't worry, it's only a few euros depending on the length of the stay:) ) Of course, we'll let you know the exact amount after your reservation, since the amount is just calculated from the final total. As a content size, you can expect about 2.7% of the booking value.
