The Kitchen, Living Room and Bathroom are all shared space and we may have other guests in the house during your stay. Breakfast items are generally available in the Kitchen. We typically have two or more cereals, coffee, tea, milk, creamer and various snacks. Each room has a Queen bed, digital cable with 48" LCD SmartTV, desk, Alexa, HEPA filter and plenty of closet space. Plenty of free street parking is available in front of the house. Fresh towels will be in your room when you arrive. Extra linens can be found in the hall closet. Guest access Enjoy the benefits of renting from tech geeks. Each booking gets a unique code to access our home and guest room allowing 24hr keyless entry. Even if your phone is dead or not working you can also reach us when you arrive using our cloud enabled doorbell. It can ring our cell phones if we are not home and functions as an intercom. High-speed 300Mbps internet (WiFi), flat screen tv's in every room. Tons of DVDs and Blueray movies are in the living room area as well if you choose to partake in a chill night on the couch. Every room comes with a queen bed, flat screen tv, small desk, chair, Alexa, Iron, and Ironing board. Please do not leave/share handtowels in the bathroom. Clean towels and handtowels are located in the hall cabinet. 5. Each of our rooms has its own Automatic Air Filter. We recommend Guests leave it on during their stay and/or open their bedroom window weather permitting. 6. Our HVAC system uses a Honeywell electronic air cleaner, followed by a UV Sterilizer and Carbon Filter with the intake air vent located in the hallway.
