A quick walk to a dedicated beach entry, this budget-friendly 735 sq ft, 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo w/ a full kitchen packs a lot into a small space! As part of the quiet & quaint SeaBreeze community, guests can swim in the shared pool & cook on the grills. It is only 1.1 miles from the Hangout & the heart of Gulf Shores! There is 1 dedicated free parking space so please bring only 1 car but if you need more, message me for options. I appreciate all my guests! The space This little coastal condo is a cozy cute space for your beach stay! It has one assigned free parking space, dedicated beach access, a pool, gazebo, elevators, and grills. The MASTER BEDROOM has a queen-sized bed, a split en-suite bathroom with stand-up shower, and a TV with Roku. The SECOND BEDROOM has a Queen sized bed and a twin-sized trundle as well as a small wall-mounted TV. There is a dresser in the closet. In the KITCHEN are pots, pans, dishes, a crock pot, and other essentials for meal preparation and a dishwasher for clean-up. Prepare your morning coffee using the Keurig which can make coffee with k-cups and regular coffee (you must provide). There are also a washer and dryer. In the LIVING ROOM, the sofa pulls out into a bed. The TV has Roku and satellite. The DINING AREA seats 6 and 2 can sit at the counter between the kitchen and living room. PARKING is free in one (only one) dedicated, marked space. Additional spaces are difficult to come by so I recommend you stick to one car. If you cannot, I can point you to other options but cannot make guarantees. The unit is located one flight up from ground level and right in front of the pool and stairs, there is also an ELEVATOR to help with access. A dedicated BEACH entry is across the street and a short walk to the left between two buildings. While we don’t guarantee provisions of beach supplies, guests have left some and you will be welcome to use what is there. Please rinse sand off the supplies before entering the condo. There is an outdoor shower near the pool for this purpose when needed. Let me know if anything breaks please, and don't worry! I understand that this happens! Noise levels are monitored. If guests are too rowdy or with noise levels indicating that destructive behaviors may be taking place, I will reach out to you and possibly call security. Checkout instructions are: - put all dirty dishes in the dishwasher, put in dishwasher soap, and start the load - put all dirty towels in the washing machine and start the wash - if you opened a pull out sofa, please leave a cushion on the coffee table Guest access The unit has contactless ENTRY to the suite. I will send you your entry code by AirBnb message about two days before your check in along with other check in instructions. PARKING is free in a dedicated, marked space. Other things to note - I try to provide basic supplies: toilet paper, paper towels, dish pods and soap, detergent, coffee basics, soap, shampoo & conditioner. If you run out, let me know! - I appreciate my guests and welcome you reaching out to me with questions or concerns - No parties, no destructive or rowdy behavior and no law breaking - This is a no smoking property. The condominium has a dedicated smoking area near the bottom of the stairs. Message me for more information. - While I love pets too, there are NO PETS allowed for guests at the Sea Breeze.
