Great Location, quiet building and very comfortable NEW Foam Gel Mattress Beds!!! Request and Price is for 1 or 2 Guests Maximum 2 Guests on the Room. I have 2 small Dogs in my Apt. I have a Master Bedroom Available By Request. PLEASE MESSAGE ME BEFORE BOOKING WITH YOUR AGE, OCCUPATION AND WAY ARE YOU COMING TO MIAMI BEACH!!! The space Big room on Apt all renovated in the heart of south beach. With WiFi, Wash / Dry all inc. is a great and big Apt with an amazing view of the Miami Intercostal. The Bed Room have 2 Twin size beds, 2 Closets !!! All rooms and the living room have LCD TV and Cable with HBO MAX, Netflix, Disney +, Paramount +, Prime Video. The Bathroom is next to the Bedroom and it’s private for your use only. All the area is separated by a sliding barn door. Linen and tows are provide. My Cleaning Lady comes 1 time a week and it’s $75 per week charge on every reservation. South Beach is a great island, full of life, restaurants, night clubs, the beach. My apt is in the heart of it. At the same time on a great quiet neighborhood in front of the miami intercostal. You can walk to Lincoln Rd and the Shops Mall, Restaurants and also take the "Local Free Bus” that loop around south beach 1 block away from my place. Uber and Lyft are a very good option and cheap. Guest access You have access to all my apt and to the pool. During your stay I will try to be at your check in, give you the keys of my apt and show it to you. You can always text or call me at any time!!! Other things to note Please remember that when you book my apt you become my Guest!!! As my Guest I will try to make you feel like home, help you in any way I can so your time at my place will be the best!!! I travel and use Airbnb and understand what it is to be a guest and your needs. I have 2 dogs, they are lovely Yorke’s Absolute NO visitors at ANY Time!!! NO SMOKING OR VAPING INSIDE THE APT!!! NO LOWD NOICES AT ANY TIME!!! If the Police come for any complain cause by you, It will be a fine of $300 !!! And can cause of an immediate CANCELLATION. Breaking any rules will be cause and reason for being evicted from the apartment immediately.
