Nostalgic old Florida style home on the water, where the Indian River meets the Atlantic Ocean. The front is a private beach area, separated from the front yard by a neighborhood road. Hutchinson island, a public beach with ocean waves and wildlife, is located across the bridge, less than a mile away. We are sharing our family home of four generations. The space Feel free to use this space and make yourself at home. Guest access You will have access to the whole property, including the private beach in front and fishing. Within one mile is a public boat ramp, parks for children, public beaches, and a state park offering kayak tours. Other things to note There is a tv in the living room, no cable, one streaming device, no gaming capabilities. Enjoy a getaway from the busy virtual world!
