In green Ardèche. Capacity of 5 people. 60 m2 cottage in a typical old stone building of Ardèche, nestled in the heart of a chestnut grove. Terrace facing the forest and overlooking the view. This accommodation offers plenty of privacy. Separate entrance, private terrace and barbecue. Access to swimming pool and traditional sauna in wooden barrel. With family or friends. We also rent 3 other cottages on the estate, the total capacity is 21 people, ideal for meeting with several people! The space On 2 floors. First level: living room area with sofa bed for 1 person, terrace access (ATTENTION, no TV) kitchen equipped with refrigerator, small oven bathroom with shower and toilet Second floor: bedroom with 1 double bed bedroom with 2 single beds Note, the 2 bedrooms are only separated by a curtain. No smoking in the entire flat. Guest access Community swimming pool. Sauna by reservation. Flower garden and its many relaxation areas. Other things to note There is no Wi-Fi access but a good 4G connection. Everything is supplied by water from our natural source. Particular attention should be paid to your water consumption. Pets are allowed. 5 euros/day. Rental of minimum 2 nights from January to the end of June, and from September to December. Weekly rental from Saturday to Saturday July/August. A security deposit of €300 will be taken by bank imprint upon arrival.
