Huge home, fenced yard, walk to campus

**WE WILL BE DOING LIMITED DATES FOR THE 2020-2021 FOOTBALL SEASON** Our home is great for families! We have two king sized bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. In addition, we have a room with a queen sized bed, and a room with a full-size sleeper sofa. An additional full bathroom brings the total full bathrooms to 3. multiple seating areas for grownups and kids, and a fenced in backyard, grill, and sandbox. Walking distance (1/2 mile) to the downtown, as well as PSU campus and BJC. The space Our family home is perfect for other families looking to visit state college during football games, graduation, and family weekends. Huge, 2600 sq foot house with additional partially finished basement. There are two master bedrooms with full baths (both bedrooms have king sized beds and additional lounge seating), a guest room with sleeper sofa, and a children's room with a queen size bed and LEGO table. In addition to the upstairs space (comfortably sleeping 8), we have a partially finished basement (2000 sq ft). The basement has another king size bed, sleeper sofa couch, and large TV (equipped with Roku and Xbox, but no cable). Our basement also includes an exercise area, train table, and MANY toys. There is a living room, beautiful kitchen, and dining area and parlor. The dining table can accommodate 8, and there is an additional table in the kitchen. In addition, there is a large backyard with raspberry bushes and garden (feel free to pick some!) a grill, and a sandbox, as well as a private patio off the master bedroom. The fenced in back yard is ideal for families with children. Please also fee free to borrow strollers for young children as you wander downtown. In addition, the basement has a treadmill, gymnastic mat, two spin bikes, and weight rack (for adults only). This is the perfect space for families (or multiple generations!) to come visit PSU and state college, walking distance from downtown but far enough from the fraternities that you won't have to deal with noise. One floor living makes it ideal for grandparents or people who can't use stairs. As you can imagine, this is a family home and we'd like for it to be treated respectfully. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house. There is a driveway with parking for 2-3 cars. If you need additional street parking, please let us know.
