Clean&Cosy - 20 mins to central London

Please read the whole post first and tell me a bit more about yourself when you send the request, especially people who have no reviews. Since I open my house, I choose my guests carefully. Thank you. :) A furnished single bedroom in a lovely non-smoking house. It's a 5mins walk from Grove Park station. Well-connected public transportation, within 15-20mins you are in central London. Free WiFi. The space This is a calm, relaxed and full of love house with a spacious garden located in South East London. The room is compact but more than comfortable for someone who is travelling alone and longing for a restful night. Because the room is on the 1st floor and has limited space, definitely not suitable for someone who has a big and heavy suitcase I am afraid. There is me and my partner in the house. A little about him, he is a graphic designer from Poland but has been in London for 15 years. So he is very knowledgeable about London too. He is a gentle and generous guy who loves cooking, science, art and music. :) *This room is for someone who is genuinely visiting or working in London for a short term. It's not suitable for someone who stays at or works from home all the time. Guest access We will share bathroom/ toilet and kitchen where you can make yourself a cup of tea or coffee and food but simple cooking only, please. The guest is expected to clean themselves after using the facilities. Feel free to enjoy yourself in my beautiful rear garden. During your stay I have been living in London for 15 years and in the UK for 20 years and my partner Maciej has been in London for 18 years so we do know how to travel around and where locals would go. We are happy to give you tips and recommendations. Just ask :) Other things to note * No Check-in after 1130pm * Because I work as a freelancer, my working hours are different every day so the check-in time may vary. I will try my best but sometimes I just won't be home until late evening so please do communicate with me on your check-in time whether you can accept it or not before booking. NOTE, I am a Buddhist so need to be someone who doesn't mind me chanting in the morning and evening or sometimes during the day.
