The space The house is newly refurnished and has three bedrooms with king sized beds. A sun/game room offers additional sleeping space with a queen sized bed. Additional air mattress and fold out pads are also provided. All Linens are included. The bathrooms have been fully remodeled with granite and travertine finishes with walk in showers. Towels are provided. The gourmet kitchen offers new appliances and is fully stocked with all things needed to prepare meals. The dining room has an expandable table sitting up to ten people. The outside court yard provides privacy and has tables and chairs for twelve with a fire pit, as well as a new seven person, 120 jet hot tub. The living room has a gas fireplace, a 55" HDTV with DirecTV, two recliners, a couch, and a loveseat. Each bedroom has a TV with DirecTV.
