Historic and beautifully restored Spanish Colonial home, located in the heart of the historic district of downtown Mariposa. Just steps away are the amazing local restaurants and unique downtown shops that truly make this gold rush era town a wonderful destination. A sun/game room offers additional sleeping space with a queen sized bed. Additional air mattress and fold out pads are also provided. All Linens are included. The bathrooms have been fully remodeled with granite and travertine finishes with walk in showers. Towels are provided. The gourmet kitchen offers new appliances and is fully stocked with all things needed to prepare meals. The dining room has an expandable table sitting up to ten people. The outside court yard provides privacy and has tables and chairs for twelve with a fire pit, as well as a new seven person, 120 jet hot tub. The living room has a gas fireplace, a 55" HDTV with DirecTV, two recliners, a couch, and a loveseat. Each bedroom has a TV with DirecTV. This magnificent home is conveniently located and is in walking distance to shops, restaurants, Music on the Green, and entertainment. This home is literally one block from all the action! Mariposa is home to many restaurants with fantastic food. A few of our favorites: Charles Street, Castillo’s Mexican, Savory’s, Sugar Pine Café, 1850, and High Country Health Food. We have a full grocery store, Pioneer Market, and a small market/deli right down the street. You will love the several shops that promote local artists, antiques, and other wares.
