Conveniently located close to Penn State York, York College, the York Expo Center & downtown York. Perfect location for day trips to central PA attractions. Some examples, Hershey Park, Lancaster, Baltimore Aquarium & Inner Harbor, Harrisburg & Gettysburg. Wellspan York Hospital and UPMC are both just a short drive away for traveling heath professionals. The space Spacious room with a firm full bed that can sleep two & one shared bathroom located on the lower level. Guest room is quiet & backyard patio is lovely to relax on with the pond & waterfall. We have a pet cat named Rocky who will greet you at the door, he is very friendly. Guest access Keyless entry to home. Code will be given before expected time of arrival. Guest bedroom with Roku TV (basic cable), WiFi available. Kitchen, bathroom & outside patio area are shared. Pool available with permission from host June through August. During your stay We are available to help & happy to welcome guests. We like to be hospitable with people in our home and have guests comfortable.
