We are currently present in some of the most important cities in Europe The space This brand new, modern home offers 120 square meters of bliss all within walking distance of some of Barcelona’s best gems. Located in the Gràcia neighborhood, guests are invited to grab a drink at Plaza del Sol or gaze up at some of Gaudi’s creations. Bringing tradition and newness into the home, this three-bedroom, two-bathroom home is nothing short of amazement. Stepping through the entrance reveals an enlarged foyer. The first door to the left is one of Amder’s bedrooms. Saharan canvas art hangs behind the queen-sized bed. The space is complete with a wardrobe and greenery in the corner of the room. Past the foyer, Amder breaks into four separate spaces. To the immediate right is an ensuite bedroom. Straight on, the attached bathroom boasts modernity with a floating vanity and an all-glass shower. Back through the bedroom space, a cozy daybed sits in the far corner. The next right leads to the kitchen and dining area. Here, guests will find up-to-date appliances and all the necessary cooking utensils. Past the sleek counter space is the four-person dining area. Continuing either through the dining area or past the foyer leads to the spacious living area. An elegant L-shaped seating arrangement is perfect for entertaining. The sitting area at the far end is complete with a pouf and record player. Back through the foyer, turning left leads to the detached bathroom and final bedroom. The bathroom offers a spa-like experience with the slate flooring and an all-glass walk-in shower. The final bedroom puts on a show with elevated ceilings and spaciousness. The center of the room pulls attention to the queen-sized bed wrapped in organic textiles. To the left is a separate office with an ergonomic workstation and ample storage space. For comfort, this apartment comes equipped with air conditioning in the Living Room and in one Bedroom. All bedding and linens provided. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment. Inquire with a sales agent for any questions or doubts. *This accommodation may only be used for stays longer than 31 nights for personal purposes such as holiday, recreational, or leisure. Ukio may request documentation proving your permanent residence and the reason for your stay in Catalonia, and may cancel the reservation if it does not meet the legal requirements. The information provided may be submitted to the relevant registry and/or administrative authority in accordance with Catalan regulations. Other things to note To finalize your reservation, a mandatory KYC process is required. Guests must provide ID verification, proof of residence, proof of solvency, and proof of the reason for their stay. The guest’s signature and accreditation will also be required as part of the process. By booking, you acknowledge and consent to these requirements. We cannot accept any booking without these documents, and standard cancellation penalties will apply if the KYC process is not completed. This property requires a refundable security deposit of €2,500, requested separately at booking and refunded after check-out, subject to the apartment’s condition.
