Welcome to our garden studio. Your own studio is set in our large garden with views to the Lammermuirs. Located within the historic village of Athelstanford you are at the founding site of Scotland's flag. Within a few miles, you have the market town of Haddington and to the North the beautiful seaside town of North Berwick. The nearby coastline has numerous world class golf courses, walking routes and amazing beaches. Drem or North Berwick railway stations are closest. The space The studio is a new build. It has a bedroom area and a kitchen dining area with patio doors into the garden and two outside seating areas. Inside you have a kitchen, with cooker, hob, fridge, toaster , microwave etc. the adjoining bathroom has an electric shower, sink and toilet, all newly fitted. You have access to the main garden and this has a full dining table which can seat 8 if required.
