Located in a hillside village surrended by pastures, olive groves, vineyards, 5 km from the wonderful Sardinian seaside. The space The house is located inside the historical centre of Tresnuraghes village, on the top of a hill, only 5 km from the beatuful Porto Alabe public beach and 5 km from the charming little town of Bosa. It is 130 m2 large, with 3 bedrooms, dining room, living room, bathroom, veranda and a 150 m2 garden with fruit trees and roses. It's an old house that has been restored. Furnitures are mainly wooden and the atmosphere is genuine and cozy. The garden is perfect for dinners and barbecue. The village has about 1800 inhabitants. There's a bank, a pharmacy, a tabaconist's, a paper shop, many food shops and almost any kind of shop (including an open-air market every monday morning), all within walking distance. There are also two pizzerias, but if you want to taste very good fish and sardinian dishes take away there is "Trattoria da Riccardo on the Road". Car hiring is essential, to reach beaches and bays all along the coast, or Bosa, a charming medieval little town, with its castle, its river, its shops, restaurants and amenities (including an open-air market every tuesday morning and frequent village festivals). There is also Bosa Marina, with a long beach, many restaurants, fun and nightlife. The accomodation is for people who doesn't like places too crowded of tourists and wants to enjoy the sea, the nature and to know local people and culture... and feeling at home, coming back at evening, even while on holiday!
