The space The 75 sqm apartment features two bedrooms (1 double bed, 2 single beds), a spacious living room with smart TV, an open fully equipped kitchen with dining area, and a modern bathroom with shower. Ideal for up to 4 -5 guests – bright, cozy, and fully furnished for a comfortable stay. Guest access Our guests have exclusive use of the entire upper-floor apartment, accessible via stairs from the shared main entrance with the owner. All areas are for guest use only. A free parking space is available on the property. The garden belongs to the ground-floor unit and is not available for guest use. Other things to note We purchased the house, built in 1965, in 2019 and have since renovated nearly the entire interior and exterior. The balcony is not fully refurbished yet but is accessible. We live in the ground floor with our daughter and hunting dog and are happy to assist our guests with any questions or tips.
