Only bunkbeds in rooms. 10 bunkbeds can sleep up to 20. 4 bathrooms, 3 urinals and 4 showers. Amazing living room with exposed brick and huge entertainment area for your group. Guest access You are welcome to park in the parking lot adjacent to us. Street parking also available. Other things to note If you want to book your stay during Kentucky Derby. Rates are $5,000 per night. 3 night minimum. *The only people allowed in the air bnb are the guest listed on the reservation. Very strict about this to curb parties. 20 max. There are cameras around the outside of the building. If your guest exceeds the number on your reservation you will be asked to leave. If you need to add a guest before your reservation.
