Close to the harbour and walking distance to downtown and all the great dining experiences Picton has to offer. Onsite parking, key code entry for the door. Our unit price does not include the HST and the MAT taxes. They are calculated at checkout. HST is the standard 13% and MAT is 4%. HST #824892285RT0001 The space This is the side unit of my laundromat and has become a hot spot for affordable accommodation in Picton. In order to keep the prices low we offer a basic accommodation with the basic amenities. There is a breakfast nook with the following, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and microwave. Also we have paper cups, spoons, coffee pods, powdered creamer and sugar available. There is a kitchenette onsite with a small sink and a two burner stove in it. Also a mini fridge with a very small freezer on top. Please note we do not have or supply plates, cutlery, pots or pans. You are more than welcome to bring these along if you feel they are needed.
