The garden apartment is small but mighty! It features a full kitchen and bathroom and a laundry facility onsite. You can walk 10 minutes to the blue line to Chicago. Large yard with an outdoor cabana and seating areas. Close to park and grocery store. Please make sure you are accurate on your guest count, do not put one guest when there will be 3 (for example). Welcome to my slice of heaven in Forest Park! The space This space is small but mighty. It is a Garden apartment so it is warm in winter and cool in summer. It is very comfortable and it has everything here you will need for a short or extended stay! Please remove shoes before entering the apartment. I care deeply for the environment and hate waste of any kind. Please recycle and turn off lights when not in use. Thanks very much! Guest access Washer and dryer on premises outside of the listing. (It is a shared space with other tenants and guests in the building-Not private space) Ironing board, Iron, hair dryer and snacks. There is a parking space in the back of the house that says "guest parking", If you choose not to park there and park on the street you will get a ticket after 11pm. Other things to note You will be entering through the back door that leads to the entrance of the Garden apartment. There is a laundry room (which is a shared space, not private and is not part of the listing) and then the entrance door to the garden apartment listing.
