North Shore Downtown PRIVATE BOHO APT

We’re well-traveled, creative folks who enjoyed hosting overseas. We now love calling Chattanooga our home and are sharing our latest special private space with guests! 2 cozy bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 giant comfy couch - all in a private Northshore NEW apartment. Private guest entrance with a large boho patio deck (with views!) to enjoy all to yourselves! Coolidge Park, Aretha Frankenstein’s, Daily Ration, Tremont Tavern, the Tennessee Aquarium, Lookout Mtn. and much more are nearby! The space We have a cozy bohemian covered deck that overlooks downtown Chattanooga in the distance... Fluffy towels, crisp white sheets, microwave, mini-fridge, coffee, (Keurig and French press available). A private entrance up a low-rise flight of stairs leads to the deck and keyless entry to the private 2BR / 2BA apartment. The first bathroom and bedroom are a bypass to the main living space and rest of the apartment. There is a large sectional that can sofa-sleep additional guests. Most of the space is ultra-clean and brand new construction. The apartment is closed off from rest of the house. We have storage for bikes and kayaks if needed. Note: We are in the process of laying an alley driveway so the rear yard is currently under construction. However, we are not doing any work while we have guests : ) Guest access The entire 2BR 2BA apartment and patio are yours for the duration of your stay. You will be provided a keyless entry code. Free parking available on the street in our safe North Shore neighborhood. Other things to note The entry is up a set of easy-to-climb, low-rise stairs located at the bottom of the back deck/patio. Guests can store bikes or kayaks in a locked first-floor space.
