Spacious Fully Equipped Studio in Trendy Westboro

In a separate building from the main house, the studio is private, fully equipped, freshly painted (April 2026) and super clean. There is great coffee, teas, homemade granola, reliable wifi, and internet TV. The kitchenette is equipped with a mini fridge, 2-burner stove and everything you need to make a light meal. The double bed with a pillow-top is comfortable. Centrally located, Westboro has great restaurants, cafes, and shops. Public transport is a five minute walk. Everyone is welcome here. The space The studio has been thoroughly cleaned and sanitized. It is spacious and well-equipped! (Many guests have commented that the space is much larger than they expected. It has everything you need which includes dishes, pots, pans, microwave, fridge, coffee maker and kettle. In the kitchen, there is a sink with cold running water (no hot water). Please use the bins provided to recycle and compost. A toaster, iron and ironing board are available upon request. Please note that in the reviews that many guests have reported that our place is peaceful and quiet but please be aware, intermittent construction started next door on September 10. There may be noise on weekdays during the day. The bathroom Please note that the bathroom is not in the unit but located a few steps away, across the courtyard in the main house. Please use the code provided for the keypad to enter the house. This bathroom (equipped with linens, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer etc.) is reserved for studio guests only. That is, it is not shared with anyone else in the household. Patio We provide an outdoor space just outside the studio where smoking is allowed. Check-in Note that we do not offer self check-in as we like to meet our guests, so please let us know what time you'll be arriving. Check-in is between 3:00-11:00 pm though we can be flexible. Guest access Upon arrival you will be provided with the code for the studio door and to the main house so you can come in whenever you like to use the bathroom and shower. We do not at this time have self check-in so please let us know at least 24 hours in advance what time you would like to check-in. Also note that breakfast (granola) is not offered to long-term guests. Other things to note When you arrive, please come to the back door of the house and ring the doorbell. We will give you the tour, the code for the studio and the back door of the house. We look forward to hosting you! Please note that we offer a competitive price to keep the place affordable but also because the washroom is not located in the studio but in the main house. Also note that smoking is permitted outside. If you smoke or vape inside, you will incur a $200 cleaning fee after your stay.
