Enjoy your stay in Ripon's first licensed Airbnb on the 2nd floor of our 1903 Queen Anne Victorian home. Sleeps 5 in 3 beds: full-size bed plus a bunkbed with a full bottom and twin top bunk. Shared bath. Air-conditioned. A pre-approved canine companion can stay for an extra fee. Breakfast can be ordered for $14/person. Monthly stay option with scheduled kitchen and laundry room privileges, and 1 parking space in the winter. Guest access Living Room. Kitchen. Yard. Grill. During your stay We are willing to interact with you to the point your needs are met. If that means dinner, drinks, ping pong, board games, and a tour of the area together (and we are available!), we would love to. If that means our only interaction is to greet you when you arrive, that is also fine. If you would like ballroom dance lessons, we can provide those for a reasonable fee. Other things to note We are a mixed-race couple with two children and a small dog. We will be living in the house with you. Other guests may also be here at the same time as we have more than one listing, plus many friends from around the world and the states who visit. This is a lively house, but we all try to be quiet after 10:00pm.
