This spacious beach retreat boasts three large bedroom suites, each with a queen bed and private full bath, ensuring privacy. Suite #1 is on the ground floor, while suites #2 and #3, on the third floor, are separated for no shared walls. Suite #2 includes a private balcony with two comfy egg chairs for relaxing. There are 4 twin size premium floor mattresses to accommodate children and teenagers, and 2 pack and plays as cribs for infants. These can be placed throughout the suites as needed to accommodate your guests. The second-floor GREAT ROOM is perfect for bonding, with a living area and fireplace for games, a dining space for large group meals, a gourmet kitchen with high-end appliances, and a separate media room for movie nights. Two queen sofa beds add extra sleeping space. Relax on three patios, one on each level, including a ground-level patio with a firepit table for cozy evenings. Our property is perfect for comfy vibes, space, convenience and reconnecting with friends and family. Guest access Lots of parking The property has parking for 3 vehicles which is a rare find for a beach area – a medium SUV fits in the garage, a big SUV, truck, or van in the carport, and a regular size car in tandem. There a height limit of 8 1/2 feet(2.5M). Please note that parking spots and the entrance are narrow and require guiding the driver to prevent damage to the vehicle and property. More parking options Although there's free parking on the street, you must be aware of restricted street sweeping days and times during 8-10am from Monday' to Thursday. There's free limited parking at Santa Clara point which is about 1/4 mile away (nice bay-side walk from property). Also, there's paid parking available at the Catamaran Spa and Resort which is only 2 blocks away Other things to note No loud groups or parties Quiet time between 10pm and 8am Occupancy limited to only paid guests and visitors not allow without permission. No smoking allowed. 1 house trained dog (minimum of 2 years old) is allowed under 25 lbs. There's a $40/night fee for Pet stays.
