It is located 10 min from Fort Hood main gate, 5 minutes to HEB and Walmart, Starbucks, and within walking distance to Lion's Park. 2624 sqft. built in 2015. 5 bedrooms and 5 beds, dining room, 3 bathrooms, 10 -12ft high ceiling in the living room, modern style Samsung appliances. There are 5 smart TVs in this home (no TV in Room #5). This house is only for guests who are already booked. We do not accept more than 8 guests. The space I, by myself, clean everything in my house for the Airbnb guests. I don't let the cleaning company clean my house for my guests. For example, I don't step on the mat in front of the shower booth or tub after I set it. The beds in Room #3 and Room #5 are lower than Room #2 and Room #4. You can use a vacuum cleaner in the pantry when you need it. I left some equipment items in the storage, extra towels, pillows, cushions, and a shower chair for the elderly. The storage room is in the master bathroom. Also, I set some pads to change a diaper for your baby in the storage. There are two mops and a bucket in the garage. There are some batteries and bulbs on the shelf in the pantry. Guest access You can use every place in my house. Please keep all doors closed because all doors have an ADT door sense. There are little mosquitoes and flies around my house, but please keep the door closed for you and the next guests. It is possible to see a fire ant in the yard. Please check the grass before you let your kid play on the grass. I usually check the grass before you check in to protect you from a fire ant. I left some fire ant killer in the garage. Other things to note This place is available only for guests who have already made a reservation. Sixty dollars will be charged for extra guests and visitors for those not on the booking list. Any type of party, gathering, meeting, or event is not allowed with those who have not booked guests at this house. If you have an infant, please let me know. I can set up some baby pads, clean up a highchair, and a baby bathtub when you ask me. It is possible to make a beeping noise suddenly from the smoke detector on the ceiling. Then, you can text me through the Airbnb app. You can change the battery if you like. I left some extra batteries on the top shelf in the pantry.
