It is a family and pet friendly cottage just steps from the waters of Green Bay. Property has a small water view to the west although it is not directly on the waterfront. It is close to beautiful sandy Haines Beach, various public water access points and boat launches, Potawatomi State Park, Idlewild Golf Course and historic Downtown Sturgeon Bay. There are several public sand beaches and public access points within walking/biking distance, including a GREAT sunset viewing spot just 1,000 feet down the road! Everyone loves the wonderful fire pit, lake breezes, and quiet serenity out on the point! The main cottage includes 2 beds/1 smaller bath, open concept living/dining room area with full size dining table, seats ten. Fully equipped kitchen. Bath-tub and shower. Queen beds in both bedrooms. Washer/Dryer in utility area. Air conditioning & heat. Internet (satellite 5G) Towels and linens provided. There is a newly-remodeled cozy bunk house (sleeps 4, extra charge - flat fee ranging from $150 to $250 including cleaning & linen fee) for extra sleeping capacity. With the bunkhouse included, maximum group size is 8. Up to 2 pets are allowed with pet fee.
