1 bedroom/1 bath apartment in Seminole Heights area of Tampa- convenient to everything Tampa has to offer! Equipped with everything to make this apartment your home away from home. The space This apartment is part of an apartment building that has 8 units. All of the apartments are vacation rentals.. This unit has just been completely remodeled in August 2018. You'll love cooking on the granite countertops, plenty of cabinet space, eat in table and all the supplies you need to make your meals. The entire space has all new hardwood floors and has been beautifully decorated to make your stay feel like your home away from home. Amenities include central a/c, a queen bed in the bedroom, brand new flat screen tv with cable and WIFI. There is also a washer/dryer in the apartment so you can do laundry and not return home with a suitcase full of dirty clothes. The building also has a private courtyard with outside seating for smoking, BBQing or relaxing. The entire building has secure access thru the courtyard which has coded entry gates from the parking lot and street. Guest access You have the entire apartment to yourself. Other things to note We are taking the recommended steps as presented by the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) for cleaning, disinfecting and preparing our condo for your arrival. We are following the protocols laid out by the CDC and using the EPA-approved disinfectants for Hard (non-porous) Surfaces, Soft (Porous) Surfaces and Electronics. The linens, towels, bed sheets, etc. are washed per manufacturers guidelines.
