Full basement apt in quiet bungalow

My place is quiet, clean and people say it's a peaceful place. It is close to Light Rail, Platte Bike Path, Denver Seminary, Dish Network, Arapahoe Community College, Dtwn Littleton and restaurants. It's approximately 20 minutes from Red Rocks! It's a great location for tech workers, educators, transplants and vacationers! Also, great location for Dish Network employees and I'm close to a number of hospitals My home is in a quiet residential neighborhood. It has been completely remodeled. The space This space has a private bedroom with a queen bed for 2, private bathroom and living room with a sofa bed to sleep 2 and a sofa bed to sleep 1 (if needed ) and a large desk is a perfect space for remote work. There is a fully remodeled mini kitchen, with sink and disposal, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster oven/air-fryer, fully equipped. Lots of storage space and a personal refrigerator. Cooking with a full stovetop and/or oven the kitchen upstairs is free for your use. Within the mini kitchen there is also a washer and dryer. The washer/dryer (downstairs) and the kitchen (upstairs) are shared spaces. The bathroom has also been completely updated and remodeled. Our water is very hard. PLEASE USE THE SQUEEGEE TO WIPE DOWN SHOWER DOORS. Guest access There is off street parking and free wifi Other things to note I do have some personal items in the basement and laundry room. The bedroom and the bathroom have empty closets. In addition I am not 420 friendly nor do allow cigarette smoke, vaping or any kind of smoking. If you want to smoke you'll have to go to the park or drive off in your car. No smoking on the premises.
