Huge TV with PlayStation 4 2 coffee makers (one Senseo and one classic filter/coffee powder) 1 PRM shower and bathroom with bathtub and toilet 1 PRM toilet 1 boiler room with a second refrigerator, washing machine, dryer and a small air conditioner The beds will be made (except for the sofa beds/the sheets, duvets and pillows are in the storage space of the daybed). One bath towel is provided per person. Barbecue on site (charcoal not included) The gym is about 300 m away. You have access from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. (possibility to book it beyond with supplement and by reservation). It is public but remains intimate! You will find billiards, foosball, darts, ping-pong table and PlayStation 5. TV and LED lighting remote control in the TV protection cover Coal is not provided but there is a barbecue OUR GYM AND PLAYROOM — INCLUDED 421 rue du Général de Gaulle, on the same street. Access card to the accommodation, open from 6 am to 8 pm, without reservation or extra charge. Downstairs is the gym; upstairs is the games room: French billiards, darts, ping-pong, 2 PS5s, 2 Switches, an arcade basketball game and a ball pit for the little ones, all freely accessible. Per game: billiards table and air hockey €2, foosball table 50 cents — bring change. Fitness equipment is forbidden for those under 16. Minors must always be accompanied by an adult. Pets not allowed. HOT TUB TEMPERATURE Standard temperature: 34°C (93°F). Modification on request before check-in, subject to the facility's capabilities and after agreement on the fee: increase of 1–2°C, €10 per stay; increase of more than 2°C, €20 per stay. Maximum: 39°C. Free temperature reduction and return to standard temperature. The settings are made by us; please do not change them yourself. The hot tub dehumidifier must remain plugged in and in automatic mode: it stops when the appropriate humidity level is reached. Avoid cutting it. If it bothers you at night, only unplug it as a last resort and plug it back in when you wake up. HOURS AND OPTIONS Check-in from 4:00 p.m.; check-out by 11:00 a.m. Check-in from 3:00 p.m. at no extra charge if the property is ready, after our confirmation. Check-in between 1pm and 3pm: €60. Before 1:00 p.m.: 50% surcharge of the average nightly rate of the stay, excluding housekeeping and other surcharges. Early check-in is available upon request, subject to availability and after confirmation of the time by us. Late check-out until 4:00 PM: €60, upon request and after confirmation, only if the schedule allows and if there is no booking immediately following.
