Whether you are an artist/writer, business traveler desiring an escape from drab and boring hotel rooms, or a vacationing couple/friends/small family, this space is the perfect place to work, rest and recharge. Centrally located to everything Charleston has to offer! 10 minutes to airport 20 minutes to downtown Charleston 25 minutes to the beach 7 minutes to Park Circle 10 minutes to Tanger Outlets The space We tried to think of everything you will need to relax while you’re away, whether you are on vacation or on a business trip – we got you covered! As you enter, you'll find a furnished living room with two brand new recliners, a loveseat, and a cozy fireplace, perfect for unwinding after a long day! Both the living room and the bedroom have smart TVs, so you can sign into your favorite streaming apps, with 1 GIG Internet! The kitchen has a stove, sink, full-size refrigerator and freezer, microwave, as well as cooking tools, plates, bowls, glassware, and coffee cups. We also supply a Keurig coffee maker and assorted pods, along with cream and sugar. The dinette table is a great spot for meals and also a great spot for a work space. The dinette table folds down if needed for an additional sleeping area. The loveseat also pulls out and can be utilized as an additional bed. The bedroom features a brand new QUEEN mattress and premium bed linens to get a great night’s rest! Ample room in the closet as well to hang attire and plenty of storage space above the bed for additional bags/clothing. The full bathroom is designed with style and functionality in mind. It features a walk-in shower and sink. We supply extra towels and soap, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion. The Hideaway offers a lovely deck, perfect for soaking up the sun, sipping your morning coffee or unwinding with a great book, and a glass of wine. The charming outdoor space is the perfect place to relax or work with your laptop. There is a BBQ gas grill, tables and chairs, a gas firepit, and an outside gas heater. We take cleaning protocols very seriously, and we thoroughly sanitize and clean between guests. Guest access There is one designated off-street parking spot.
