Discover a piece of America’s history by visiting the William Floyd Estate or wet your taste buds at a Winery! Our Oasis is 2,000 square feet & recently updated! Has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with overnight, very comfortable accommodations for six guests. The spacious master suite has a bright, clean, airy feeling, sleeps two on a memory foam/hybrid KING mattress, huge closet and attached bathroom. Also a 43” high definition, smart tv for those bedroom staycations..! The other 2 suites have a light and airy beach themes and sleep four more guests. Both have large closets and plenty of room for all your travel gear. One of the bedrooms has a luscious queen size bed. The other bedroom has a full size bed with a pull out twin size trundle, both memory foam mattresses. The enormous open living area has a unique beach color pallet. The space is outfitted with 2 styles of sofas, great for lounging on while reading a book or enjoy the 55” wall mounted flat screen smart TV with premium cable television. The beach themed interior offers a great beach feel, the large dinning room and granite island has some of the best seats on the planet. Some say the features within the interior of the house reminds them of being in a beach front island retreat home. The updated kitchen has plenty of room for the family. Make some tea, cook some breakfast or hangout with beer and wine at the huge granite island. The outdoor barbecue, fire pit and seating space is fully equipped to accommodate fresh cooked delights and dinner by fire side while providing cozy seating to enjoy the moon and stars. In the warmer seasons we utilize portable ACs for each bedroom and a unit for the common areas. We choose against central air conditioning because with central air conditioning every room in the house is temperature controlled by one thermostat. Instead we chose to install high powered portable air conditioning units because it gives our guests the ability to temperature control each individual room according to their preferred temperature preferences. As well please refer to our reviews during the summer months of July and August and you will find good reviews in regards to the use of air conditioners. We are able to accommodate up to 6 overnight guest in total and we allow 4 visitors or up to a total of 10 people but visitors are not permitted for overnight stays. Thank you for your understanding. Guest access Our Oasis is self check-in and available for guests to check in at any hour including late at night. Your private home and yard is not shared with anyone. Our guests have access to all of the features described within our listing details. Guests will not have access to the garage. This means you will need to travel from the Long Island Expressway (I-495) on William Floyd Pkwy south approximately 6.5 miles or from Sunrise Highway (route 27) on William Floyd Pkwy south approximately 4 miles to our location. Our property is fully fenced by a metal chain-link fencing on three sides of the property and a PVC fencing on one side of the property. There is a privacy wall consisting of a rustic stockade fencing throughout the backyard and separating the backyard from the front yard.
