This new beautiful, cosy, barn conversion. The barn has a well equipped kitchen/dining area with lounge and large 65inch smart TV. A master bedroom with super king bed and en-suite the second bedroom has an option of super king bed or 2 singles and a beautiful full bathroom with roll top bath and shower. The space FREE SAFE/SECURE PARKING The barn is approximately 40 metres long single story 2 bedroom conversion with gated private drive and secure parking. The barn has 2 bedrooms with a couple of steps up to the master bedroom which has a super-king bed with amazing views over the countryside with private en-suite shower and toilet. There is a super office area with fibre broadband. There is a lovely 2nd bedroom with either 2 single beds or the option of a second super- king bed (the choice is yours) A fantastic full bathroom with beautiful bath, sink, high level toilet and superb shower. The kitchen area has a large range cooker, American style fridge/freezer and dishwasher with washing machine in the utility area. Breakfast bar and dining table with all amenities kettle, toaster etc… There is a sofa area with large tv. Outside there is a lovely patio area with sunshine. There is a high chair and travel cot available. (Bedding required) Wheelchair access to second bedroom, 2 steps into master bedroom (so no wheelchair access to master bedroom) various disabled equipment if required. Guest access Access all areas inside the barn in a wheelchair (except the master bedroom and office area all wide wide doorways. Bring your wellies for walks around the 40 acres with a large fishing lake (various carp, roach, Rudd and tench…. Bring your rod) Other things to note Please be aware there will be sheep and lambs grazing on the land (all gates must be closed ) There is NO GATHERING OR PARTIES allowed at the property.
