It has 3 bedrooms upstairs with a powder room on the second floor. Upstairs bedrooms all have access to a second story deck with an amazing view of the river and property. Downstairs includes the large living space, dining room, kitchen, mudroom and spa bathroom. Main floor also has a master bedroom that has its own balcony. Whole cottage can comfortably sleep 10 people. Main floor walks out to a deck with a BBQ, patio, hot tub and fire pit. There are kayaks, canoe, and life jackets available for use. Cell reception is patchy up however wifi is high speed Starlink and works great for Wi-Fi calling and Video calls Guest access Large driveway for parking on the property Other things to note Full kitchen with all the essentials. I would recommend bringing your food to cook as the closest grocery store and restaurants is 20 minutes away. There's also a local General Store only 5 minutes away for essentials. Kayaks and Canoes (paddles) are available for use on the property. Any damages or theft will be charged. The yard has a private firepit, patio furniture and hot tub for you to enjoy.
