Our 2 bedroom 1 bath Carriage House is quiet and private yet 6 minutes from the downtown. Enjoy the solar heated pool and hot tub and edible gardens. We are close to Bodega Bay, beaches, the Russian River, wineries and outstanding restaurants. We've recently renovated the kitchen with state of the art appliances and quartz counters. The space This is a unique two acre end of country lane Carriage House including access to our large solar heated pool and hot tub. We have a hobby vineyard and fruit trees. Guests are always impressed with the serenity and welcoming nature. The surrounding views are incredibly impressive. Whether you are looking for a quiet and restful retreat from it all or hosting friends and family this is an ideal spot. We are close to many recreational areas including the little know Armstrong Woods, a state park providing a beautiful place for gentle walks or rigorous hikes while gazing up at 1200 year old redwood trees. Bodega Bay and gorgeous hikes along the Pacific coast are within 20 minutes. This is also an ideal area for biking and hot air ballooning. The custom 1000 sq. ft Carriage House was designed with beauty and function in mind. The furnishings are well maintained and comfortable with a casual yet sophisticated flair. The main living area is upstairs as well as the queen bedroom and loft. The master bedroom is downstairs, as is the bathroom. We are happy to provide recommendations for winery tours and Nick is available for drop off and pick up at local eateries as well as being able to be you wine tour guide and driver should you need these services. Guest access The solar heated pool and hot tub are available as well as vegetables and fruits grown on the property. The pool is shared with the owners who take the occasional dip. The hot tub is also available to our guests. We require any additional day or overnight guests be pre-approved in advance. Other things to note Please note the cottage is two levels and has a full flight of stairs. The Master Bedroom with a separate bathroom are located on the first floor (one does not need to go through the MB in order to access the bathroom).
