Located just two blocks from High Street and less than a mile from OSU & Downtown, the apartment is walking distance to the Convention Center, the North Market, restaurants, nightlife, shopping and more! Also conveniently located near the FREE C-Bus Circulator for easy access around the city. The 'shared' space contains custom-built cabinetry, a large kitchen with quartz counter-top, and high-end appliances. The small, boutique apartment building is historic and the recent remodel has kept its rich history intact. Although a shared apt, your private spaces includes a large 1bd/1ba luxury suite, w/ private bathroom. You will be walking distance to High Street, the historic North Market and the best food and drink the city has to offer. Relax in solitude or enjoy a refreshing jog in Goodale Park or take part in some of the city’s most famous events, like summer concerts at the charming pavilion. I'm flexible on check-in and check-out times, depending on bookings by other guests prior or post your visit. You have access to the entire apartment, except for the master suite where I reside. Please feel free to use the kitchen and store items in the refrigerator or prepare a meal or two during your visit. I will be in and out of the apartment during your stay, but I will be available to answer any questions you may have, so if you need something and I'm away from the apartment, please call or text me. My apartment is less than two blocks from High Street (Short North), which is the hip and trendy part of the city. Short North is full of great restaurants, bars, clubs, coffee shops, and retail stores. Most everything is within walking distance of my apartment and the C-Bus (a free inter-city bus) is less than two blocks from the apartment. I recommend you park west of Neil Avenue (not on Neil), because it's free and doesn't require a parking permit.
