The property is located in the village of Caol, just 3 miles from Fort William. Although the house location itself does not command any great views, just a few minutes walk in any direction and you can prepare to be impressed with our stunning local scenery. The space As well as having a comfortable small double room, guests will also have exclusive use of their own en suite shower room and use of their own small lounge / kitchenette / dining area. Bedroom contains a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, cool air fan, reading lamp, small digital safe and a hair dryer. The lounge area for guests features a cosy nook for seating, a bookcase, a dining table with two chairs, 3 kitchen cupboards, a full size under counter fridge, kettle, cafetière, toaster, microwave, flat screen tv with Freeview and wifi access. There is no main kitchen access. I provide a laundrette service (cash payment applies). Guests will be provided with crisp, clean bedding and luxurious towels. Please note, the bedroom, lounge and bathroom for guests are all located upstairs on the 2nd floor with no disabled access. Guest access Own en suite bedroom. Own lounge / kitchenette. Washing machine (a cash fee appies). Garden to sit in or hang laundry out, etc. During your stay I will be at the house to meet all of my guests personally. I'm happy to answer any questions you have about the local area or the accommodation and I will be as interactive a host as you'd like me to be. I'm also happy if my guests wish to be left to their own devices and to do their own thing. It's your holiday - you decide :-) Other things to note I have a pet dog. She is very well behaved. She is not permitted access to the guest's living areas but if you are allergic to dogs then this will not be the property for you. The external of the property - back, front & shed is covered by cctv. I have a video doorbell too. On road parking is available outside the property. Check in time is very flexible between 1700hrs and 2100hrs. Check out time is strictly by 09:00 due to work commitments. You will be required to complete a digital registration form 24hrs prior to your arrival. The form will ask you to log details of all guests over the age of 16yrs old who will be resident at the property alongside their home address and passport numbers.
