Bright and spacious the cabin has a zen ambience simple yet elegant. Guests experience a private retreat,separate entrance and parking, and an opportunity to deeply relax. Wake up to birdsong and the sound of the creek. The space The cabin is delightful for peace and privacy,and inspiring for artists. For couples it is a romantic getaway. It offers complete rest and relaxation and deep immersion into nature with comfort.A few steps down the trail will bring you to an ultimate West Coast Bathhouse created out of cedar and river rock, old fashioned bathtub & deluxe rain shower. Bring your favourite bath robe for the journey to and from the cabin as well as your favourite bubble bath for the ultimate experience. There are solar lamps along the trail but it is advisable to bring a flash light. The path down to the cabin may be a challenge for some people, if you are not active or are unable to walk on uneven surfaces we would not recommend staying here. Appropriate footwear for a walk in the woods and in line with current weather conditions are also recommended. Guest access Guests will have their own private parking spot, see photos, with private pathway leading down to the cabin. Once there, guests have private access to the cabin, detached private bathroom with a composting toilet., and private outdoor bathhouse. Other things to note The cabin is located in the woods and has limited cell service. There is wifi located at the cabin. There is only cold water service to the cabin sink and bathroom sink, the bathhouse has hot and cold water service. The outdoor patio is not covered or enclosed, see photos, this includes the bbq and outdoor wash up sink. There is a chiminea that can be used when current fire restrictions allow. Ensure you bring your own fire materials if you wish to enjoy this amenity. If you are travelling to and from Vancouver it is highly recommended that you make a ferry reservation for your trip, as the ferry can fill up quickly. The cabin is located in the forest and guests should be aware that forest noises may happen in the night but there is nothing to worry about. Birds, squirrels and other creatures may visit play around and cause rustling noises. This includes the bathhouse where you may be visited by any number of forest creatures. In extreme heat or cold the expansion and contraction of the metal roof may make some noise.
