It's located in what we call 'the barn,' this is a separate structure from our house, the 1st level is the garage and the 2nd level is the apartment. It's a 1,000 sq ft, 1 bed, 1.5 bath, plus utility room with your own washer and dryer. New construction with all the bells and whistles.
