Very charming and cozy farmhouse. Located in Indaiatuba, in the Parque das Bandeiras neighborhood. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 en-suites and 1 bedroom with bathroom, living room, dining room, kitchen, TV room, fireplace, gardens, swimming pool, barbecue area, garage, electronic gate. The house is very spacious. The house is NOT in a Gated Community. Internet 100Mb Wi-Fi Fiber The space The house is very nice and pleasant, with plenty of outdoor area and lots of greenery. (see photos ). Perfect for Vacations, Christmas and New Year's Eve. It is very close to São Paulo. It is 200 meters from paved streets. The house has 100MB VIVO FIBER Internet with smart TV in the living room and Wi-Fi. The house is NOT in a Condominium and the property is NOT Rural. The neighborhood is well inhabited and the house has an electronic gate next to electric fences and an alarm. Covered garage for 4 cars, with more cars in the uncovered space. Pool maintenance and garden cleaning are included in the price during the stay. Indaiatuba's climate is quite pleasant, with sunny days most of the year. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire House, Swimming Pool, Barbecue, Gardens and Garage. Other things to note - Kitchen has all the necessary utensils for a great stay. -The barbecue area has a wood stove, pizza oven, refrigerator and table for 10 people. It has separate chairs -Pool has two umbrellas, a table, 6 chairs, 3 sun loungers. It is not heated -The house accommodates up to 12 people, including adults and children. The house has 1 king-size bed, 1 queen-size bed, 3 single beds and five separate mattresses (78 x 1.88 x 12). Air-conditioning in all bedrooms and plug-in fans for the other rooms. -Pets are welcome. - There is NO cable TV. We have Open Digital TV, with open TV channels. It has a television with an internet connection for access to Netflix, YouTube, among others. The voltage is 220v If you break something, please let us know to make the replacement (this includes everything in the house including glasses and dishes). For longer stays (more than 10 days) we suggest that you hire a daily cleaning person once a week to clean the house. No parties! Loud noise after 10 p.m. is prohibited
