House on the sand for up to 18 people Indaiá beach

Cozy house with a privileged location on the sand, it is right on the beach, one step outside the house and you are already on the beach. To get to the house you enter through the beach! Capacity up to 18 people (including children), accommodated in 5 bedrooms, 1 suite, all bedrooms with air conditioning. Living room, kitchen, 3 bathrooms including the suite, 1 toilet, barbecue, swimming pool and outdoor shower. Capacity to park up to 3 cars. Please read the entire listing and pay attention to the rules. The space The house accommodates up to 18 people INCLUDING CHILDREN, the kitchen is equipped with glasses, cutlery, pots, blender, microwave, air fryer and utensils, with the intention of offering greater comfort during the stay. In total there are 5 bedrooms, 1 of them is an en-suite, ALL have air conditioning. 2 bedrooms on the GROUND FLOOR and 3, including the suite, on the upper floor. Capacity to park up to 3 cars, and can park up to 2 more in front of the house in the part that is a lawn before the sand. The suite overlooks the beach. On the ground floor there are 2 more bedrooms with 1 bathroom between them, one of the ground floor bedrooms accommodates 2 adults in a double bed and 1 child in a smaller single bed, the other bedroom accommodates 4 people, one double bed and 1 bunk bed. Living room, barbecue area, kitchen and swimming pool on the ground floor. In total, the house has 3 bathrooms, including the one in the suite and 1 toilet. In total there are 7 double beds and 4 single beds in the house. We leave the pillows and fitted sheets on the beds, the other items of bed linen, bath and hygiene items must be brought. The pool is cleaned daily during the stay, if you do not want it, just arrange it with the housekeeper during check-in. WE DO NOT RENT FOR WEDDINGS OR ANY KIND OF EVENT, BANDS OR LIVE MUSIC ARE NOT ALLOWED. Because it is on the beach, the laws are strict regarding sound and noise because it is in an environmental preservation area. The house is part of the Temporadaincasa Guest access The guest will have unique and exclusive access to the entire house during the stay. All the rooms in the house are available for guest use. Other things to note We do not rent to parties, weddings, events or more than 18 people, even if small, we do not rent! It is forbidden to receive visits or increase the number of people over 18 people during the stay, even if it is only to spend the day is NOT allowed. If the rule is not followed, a fine is charged. The house for being inside the beach is in an environmental inspection place where the rules regarding sound are strict. 2pm and depart time until 2pm, for late check in/check out check availability and values. Silence Law from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. During the day until the allowed time we asked to leave the ambient sound so as not to disturb the neighborhood in order to maintain a pleasant and smooth atmosphere during the stay. The house has a security monitoring system with cameras only in its external areas, along with electrical network with alarm and radcom security system, nothing that compromises privacy during the stay, only for the safety of the house. From 8:00 pm we have the guard who makes the neighborhood round and we make the contact available to the guests. Change of dates only 1 month in advance, we do not change with less than 1 month left for the reservation. The cancellation policy is the one that is in effect on the site, and we do not change, please read and book only if you agree. For groups that want to go by VAN, it is necessary to authorize with the Bertioga tourism office and pay the fee according to the size of the van (cars do not need authorization and do not pay a fee and the fee is from the city hall itself). I assist in the authorization myself because I am already used to, only inform during the reservation that I forward the necessary information and procedures. According to Federal Law No. 11.771/08 and MTur Ordinance No. 41/2025, filling out the National Guest Registration Form (FNRH Digital) is MANDATORY for all guests. 1. Check-in: Access to the property (door code or keys) will be released only after the digital form has been completed by all occupants. 2. Documentation: Refusal to provide mandatory data (Name, CPF/Passport, Address, Profession) constitutes non-compliance with the House Rules and Brazilian law, and may result in cancellation of the reservation without a refund. 3.
