Purchase Airbnb insurance to protect your investment The space Not only conveniently located right by the Eagle lodge, the Summit complex features an outdoor pool, BBQ area, spa, tennis courts, dry sauna and gym in every building. The condo is located in the Emerson building of the Summit Complex and is a top floor 2-level condo with 2 bedrooms and a very spacious and private loft. The condo has a very convenient layout and can comfortably accommodate a large family or a mixed group. An open concept living/dining area with a cozy fireplace and a balcony is great for spending time together, eating, playing board games, or just watching TV in the living room. Master bedroom with a king size bed is located on the main level. The master bathroom can be accessed directly off the bedroom and from the hallway, with an option to close doors to the bedroom and/or to the hallway, allowing for maximum privacy. The second bedroom may be considered a second master. Located on the second floor, it also offers a king size bed and a semi-private bathroom that can also be accessed from the loft. Master bathroom sink is separate from the loft hallway sink and only the bathtub/toilet area can be shared but has doors from both sides for privacy. The second level's layout with the bedroom and separated loft area with 2 single and 4 bunk beds is perfect for one big family to share, allowing for another couple to stay in the downstairs bedroom. The loft's "common area" is more like a third bedroom. The cable tv is offered in the living room and the additional TV is supplied with DVD player. WIFI internet and board games are available for the guests to use. Living room offers a cozy fireplace and access to the balcony. Guest access Guests have access to the entire condo with the exception of the locked owner's closets and a few locked kitchen cabinets. Two cars per unit are allowed. Guests can park in the underground parking on the spot #18 and one more car is allowed to park on any unassigned outside parking space or, if available, an underground parking space with a letter (not number) Guests are welcome to use all available building facilities, including gym, sauna, hot spa, pool, tennis courts, and BBQ grills, as they are available (depends on season and time of the day). Gym is available for use 24/7. Other things to note 2 cars per unit are allowed. All pets must be approved with the host, pet fees and additional rules will apply. Please inquire before booking.
