Beautiful Nine Mile Lake

Beautiful Muskoka getaway! Modern 4 season waterfront cottage! Stunning views! Located on picturesque Nine Mile Lake. Over 70% of the lake is crown land. Perfect for kayaking and canoeing to enjoy all the beauty Muskoka is known for. We have kayaks a canoe and a paddle board for you to enjoy. Plenty of sun exposure on the dock you can swim all day long. Close to hiking and snowmobile trails. May 15-Oct Minimum 6 nights with a Sunday check in. The space Quaint 2 bedroom waterfront cottage. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, electric fire place and satellite t.v. The 2nd bedroom has a twin over double bunk bed and a full size washer and dryer for your use. Fully equipped kitchen with 5 piece dining set. The water is not potable. We have a filtration system with a UV light. The water is safe for washing dishes, showering and brushing teeth. We do not recommend cooking with or drinking the water. The breakfast area has amazing views of the lake. Living room has 2 loveseats, gas fireplace and satellite t.v. The bathroom has a beautiful marble shower and bluetooth speaker light. Outside has a large deck with dining table and chairs. An additional seating area with a couch, 2 chairs and table, perfect for those morning coffees. The dock area has a deck with seating. A rocky and slightly weedy waterfront. By the end of the dock it's about 9ft depth, perfect for swimming. Plenty of parking with enough room for a trailer. Cottage is equipped with a whole home Generac generator. There are 4 outdoor security cameras. 1 located on the outdoor washroom, 2 pointing towards the driveway and one towards the lake. There is one security camera inside the detached garage. The marina next door has a public launch which makes bringing your own water toys a breeze. Guest access Fully equipped kitchen. Complete with cooking utensils and dishes. The water is not potable. We have a filtration system with a UV light, which makes the water safe for washing dishes, showering and brushing teeth etc. We do not recommend cooking with or drinking the water. One 18 litre water jug is supplied for the water cooler. You can purchase additional water at the marina next door (Summer season only) or in town at the Bala Freshmart. Basics such as salt pepper and some spices. Coffee maker and Keurig. The water cooler supplies hot water for tea. Coffee and tea are provided Bed linens and bath towels are provided. Alongside a propane bbq we have a Traeger smoker for use. (wood pellets are supplied) 2 adult kayaks a child kayak, a canoe, a paddle board and floaties. (Use at your own risk) Adult life jackets are provided. Please bring properly fitted life jackets for your children. 6 night minimum with a Sunday check in *wintertime renters* We will do our best to keep the driveway clear of snow. But we may not always be able to get there quickly. If there is a heavy snowfall during your stay and you need to get in or out quickly, you will have access to a snowblower and shovels should you need them. Other things to note The cottage is situated on a hill so there a quite a few steps to go down from the parking area to the cottage as well as from the cottage to the lake. The water is NOT potable. We have Starlink Satellite Internet. We are close to a marina. May 12th - Sept 30 is a 6 night min with a Sunday check in
