Spacious Suite in Newport Victorian

Built in 1881, our home is walking distance to downtown Newport, the Cliff Walk, and First Beach. The third floor suite features two large bedrooms (both queen size), an expansive living area, a private full bath, and your own eat-in kitchen. We are licensed by the City of Newport as an approved Airbnb site. We typically require a minimum two night stay during the busy summer weekends. The space This is a very spacious and beautiful 5 room suite in a historic Newport mansion. The home has a distinguished history, and was faithfully restored about 15 years ago. The proximity to town and the beaches make this an ideal location for your visit. We rely on the accuracy of your booking in terms of the number of guests. If there are additional members of your party beyond the number in the reservation, please let us know ahead of time. There is a charge for additional guests. Note: Our permit from the city allows for a maximum of 4 guests. We are a Airbnb Superhost too! That means we are one of the top rated hosts in Newport! Guest access Guests have access to the entire suite, including private bath, living room, two bedrooms and a kitchen. Due to fire code restrictions, the kitchen does not have a stove. Other things to note Upon arrival, please park on the left side of the driveway (as you face the house) so that our cars are not blocked in. Call or just ring the doorbell and we will greet you and help you with your luggage. No smoking (obviously!). Also, we ask that you not wear shoes in our home to protect the 140 yr old wooden floors. We provide an assortment of breakfast items in your suite, including coffee, milk, cereal and bottled water. Let us know if you have any food allergies. Check out time is 11:00 promptly.
