Our guest ADU is a cozy, private studio (12' x 20'), with lots of natural light, 2 skylights, garden view, and attached patio/deck. Includes free Level-2 EV charger usage. Quiet, heated, a/c, lots of amenities, incl. wifi, cableTV, coffee, mini-fridge, & micro-wave. Close to Lane Event Center, and minutes away from Downtown and U of O Campus. Walking distance to neighborhood restaurants & grocery/shopping . Good space for couples, business/stop-over travelers and solo adventurers. The space Studio has a comfortable, adjustable queen-sized bed, great for reading in bed or enjoying a movie, high speed wifi, Xfinity cable TV with HD channels and music stations. Studio is decorated with original artwork, has mini-fridge, coffee maker with fresh-ground coffee, electric tea kettle and tea selection, micro-wave, toaster, blender, and dishes/ utensils for use during your stay. Studio includes a newly renovated private bathroom and shower, towels, soap, shampoo and conditioner, small closet, local guides and reading materials, and other amenities to make your stay comfortable and convenient. Guest access Guests will have complete access to private guest studio, and may relax on newly built natural wood deck connecting studio to main house. We are happy to make arrangements to share the main house kitchen facilities and laundry (washer/dryer) upon request. A level 2 fast EV charger is available (complimentary) for guests driving an electric vehicle. Other things to note Pickleball paddles and golf discs available to borrow for local PB courts and DG course, just 1 block away. For extended stays (longer than 1 week) we offer a complimentary weekly studio cleaning/linen exchange.
