The room is very clean and the neighborhood is quiet. There are mosquitos screen at the windows and the bedroom is equipped with a cieling fan. It is just 10 mins from the motorway exit Firenze sud and the city center is easily accessible by bus in 20 mins. The apartment is homey, with 2 nearby large supermarkets for groceries. The space I have a nice modern and clean apartment in a tranquil place just 20 minutes outside of the city center.As you can see from the photos of my flat I'm not a good photographer but I can be a good host.I'm a licensed tour guide and if you book 4 nights or more a free walking tour of Florence is included. I can host two people in a double room with a king size bed. I provide you towels, sheets and blankets. There are several shops and supermarkets in the block where I live. The bus to the city center runs all the day from 6.30am – 12:30am, every 5-10 mins. The apartment is also 15 minutes from Campo di Marte train station. There is parking available if you arrive by car and also a safety place for your bicycles. I'm a licensed tour guide and I can organize daily tour in the surroundings (Chianti, Siena, Pisa & Lucca, Cinque Terre, Cortona and other beautiful places) travelling with my own car. During your stay Usually Me and my dog are in the other room. So if you need something don't hesitate to ask. I like to share my nice places in Florence and Tuscany with my friends/guests.
