We welcome you to an outbuilding of our villa in the heart of Provence to discover the South of France. You will appreciate the quiet neighborhood, the beach 10 minutes away by car, the geographical location between Camargue and Côte d'Azur and the amenities of this small air-conditioned studio for 2 people maximum. The space The studio is equipped to accommodate you for a minimum 4-night stay. You will find TV, reversible air conditioning, coffee maker, microwave, stove, fridge, dishes… The bed is a sofa bed with a 140 cm bed. Linens are also provided except for pool towels. Garden furniture and a small barbecue await you on the private terrace. Parking is located near the house. No pets allowed. Guest access The studio has its own terrace with privacy screen for privacy. The swimming pool is shared with us, it is accessible from Sunday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Please note that there are no barriers or alarms at the pool, children must remain under the supervision of parents. It is open from June to September. Other things to note Rentals are for a minimum of 4 nights. The property must be left clean and tidy, thank you! Please note that during your stay, you are likely to meet our animals, 1 dog and 2 cats, one of which is particularly curious :)
