The space Plenty of room for everyone with 5 bedrooms, including 1 with a king-size bed, 3 with queen-sized beds, and a bedroom with bunk beds (3 singles and 1 double). The house sleeps 12. There are 2.5 baths, a fully-accessorized kitchen, dining room, living room, laundry facilities, and an outdoor shower. Sunbathe and enjoy your meals out back on the private sundeck where there are lounge chairs, a gas grill, tables, and chairs. High-speed wireless internet and cable TV are always available. One dedicated street parking space is available, with additional parking on the street with 3 included permits. The house is pet friendly for well-behaved dogs, per a pet fee. The fee will be $50 per dog, but AirBNB does not have ability to charge upfront, so it will be billed after checkout. Maximum 2 dogs unless approved by owner. Dewey Beach allows dogs on the beach off-season and early morning and late afternoon during the summer, with dog license acquired from the town hall. Other things to note There are 4 parking spaces (one in driveway and three with provided parking permits). Please be aware that renter will be charged replacement rate (Seasonal Pass is $250) if permits are not left in the house upon check-out. Guests must bring their own sheets, towels, soaps, and paper products.
